Noem-Skull

Eight days after the tragic flooding in Central Texas, there are at least 121 people confirmed dead, with 166 people still missing in the aftermath. After the flooding more than a week ago, search and rescue operations have shifted their efforts to the recovery phase, as hopes of finding more survivors fade. As that reality sets in, we find ourselves with questions that need answers. The one thing we know for a certainty is that the Trump Administration once again failed us in its response to this deadly disaster.

According to a new report, Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem, the heartless dumbass in charge of FEMA, delayed the response to the deadly flooding by more than 3 days, while local search and rescue teams, along with volunteer rescue teams from Mexico (Yes, Mexico), raced to find survivors. Her new policy, which requires her personal approval for all contracts over $100,000, slowed critical deployments like Urban Search and Rescue teams and support staff, and raises questions about its preparedness and authority.

This ugly duckling will do anything she can to be the center of attention, even cosplay dress-up on social media, and to be honest, it all comes off as pretty pathetic. What’s wrong, Kristi? Did you struggle to make friends in school? Nobody ever picked you for the team? Well, maybe it’s because your neighbors were afraid you would murder their pets, or worse! Either way, what else would explain the lengths she will go to for attention? Something is not right with this one.
