When it comes to the security of our nation, we would and should expect to have someone at the helm with at least some experience in this area. So what in God’s name was going on in President Trump’s ugly, empty head when he appointed a 22-year-old college graduate with no previous government leadership or security experience for a critical terrorism-prevention role? Well, he is a Trump lover, that is what got him his job. But this is no place for a child Donald, didn’t you learn that with Elon?
Another WTF
One year out of college and with no apparent national security expertise, Thomas Fugate is the DHS official in charge of combatting violent extremism. His previous work history includes gardening and working as a grocery store clerk. He then interned at the Heritage Foundation, which is an organization that says its current role is to “institutionalize Trumpism”, as well as funding the much-hated Project 2025. And if that wasn’t a good enough reason to worry, he has also proclaimed himself a “Trumplican”! More like “Trump Lickin” little boy Fugate.
People Are Pissed
There is a shit ton of backlash over this decision, as Iran threatens retribution after Trump’s military strikes. There is now a heightened risk of terrorist attacks at home officials say. Fugate’s role is the latest assault on an office that has been dying since President Trump took office, again, and began focusing our national security more on illegal immigration than terrorist attacks.

I fear this FAFO will cost us more than we are willing to pay. How many MORE people will have to die under “the rule of dumb”? This guy should be in a nursing home with a staff of nurses taking care of him. That’s what usually happens at his age when a person becomes a harm to themselves or others.
