MAGA Hardliners are not happy
Tension is on the rise in the MAGASPHERE! Especially after a verbal cat fight between Ted Cruz and Tucker Carlson during a recent interview. It seems things really started going south once Carlson highlighted the ignorance of Ted Cruz…

Well Tucker, he doesn’t know much about the one he lives in either, but I digress. So it appears Trump being so involved in Israel’s attack on Iran has ruffled a few feathers in the camp of the AMERICA First isolationist.
These MAGA isolationist feel Trump is betraying his “America First” and “No More Wars” promise he made. While on the other side traditional MAGA Neocons are pushing to deepen U.S. involvement in the Iran conflict. The verbal slap fight between Carlson and Cruz highlights the growing rift in the MAGAverse as Trump has changed course on several of his key campaign promises.

Joining the Fray – MTG and Bannon Voice Opposition
Wouldn’t be a proper discussion about political ignorance, without bringing up Margorie Taylor Greene and Steve “I need a Bath” Bannon. Not surprising these two grub worms are defending the isolationist view along with Tucker. Both are long time “America First” hypocrites, who draw a line at being humane to anyone outside the United States.

All three of the isolationist have enough MAGA clout to stir up the base and create problems for the Trump agenda if they feel he has abandoned the “cause”. Especially since these three MAGAts represent a lot of the core values shared by many in MAGAland. So, Trump will need to at least acknowledge their concerns. Probably can expect him to come out and play to their needs, say what they want to hear, then do what he wants anyways.
We have seen this approach time after time, and as recently as last week. This was when he came out and said after hearing from farmers, the immigrant roundup should toned down. This has been just lip service so far as I.C.E. has continued to pick people up. So once again TACO talks big, then backs down.
Old Neocons Chime In
Now in the other corner, we have the traditional Neocons that are pushing for the U.S. to help Israel. The main players include Senator Ted Cruz, Senator Mitch McConnell, and that little worm from South Carolina, Senator Lindsey Graham.
Outside of being heartless, all three of these men have one thing in common, it is they all at one time or another, opposed Trump before selling out and bending a knee. So, while these people are not really true MAGA, they did sell their souls to the dark orange lord long ago. It is these people that Marjorie Taylor Greene is referring to when she is talking about the “Fakes” in the MAGA “America First” movement.

For Senators Mitch McConnell and Lyndsey Graham, this is not the first time they have butt heads with the “Bleach Blonde Bad Built Butch Body Bimbo” from Georgia. Greene’s “America First” rhetoric has put her at odds with both Senators in the past. Especially when it comes to the war in Ukraine and U.S. aid.

Now What?
As Trump has now decided to TACO a decision about Iran for two weeks, we will get to see how speculation of what Trump may do plays out. Steve Bannon who had lunch with Trump on 6/19, has started to soften the oppositional tone to a more supportive, it is what it is attitude. As far as Marjorie Taylor Greene, she is not known for backing down and will probably continue her opposition.
As far as the Neocons, they flip flop all the time, I gave up these guys opposing Trump after January 6th. In the end, they will side with whatever they feel serves their political/financial future. They have no real backbone or they would have stood up to Trump long ago. So at this point, the safest approach to this MAGA Civil war is just to sit back and enjoy these idiots tearing each other up and hope MAYBE, just MAYBE, American voters start to recognize the shit show that is the MAGA movement. Who knows maybe…don’t hold your breath.
